In the newly created role -- a clear sign that Arnold is stepping up its recruiting efforts -- Mr. Densmore will create a strategy to attract talent to the Boston-based agency's network. Mr. Densmore will additionally be charged with increasing visibility at Arnold's New York office, where he will be based.
Mr. Densmore has spent time in new-business and client-services roles at various industry shops including Fallon, Modernista and Wieden & Kennedy.

Mr. Densmore's appointment is one in a slew of senior hires in the past several months that include Creative Director Paul Renner, formerly of Wieden & Kennedy, and Chief Digital Officer Jonathan Sackett, formerly of DraftFCB, Chicago.
