According to executives close to the situation, Gerry Graf has accepted the position of executive creative director at sibling network TBWA Worldwide.
Mr. Graf started with the agency in 1994 and left to go to Omnicom's Goodby Silverstein & Partners before returning to BBDO in 2000.
He has been responsible for BBDO work on the FedEx and Guinness accounts.
The BBDO spokesman, when asked if Mr. Graf would be replaced, responded: "Stay tuned."
A TBWA Worldwide spokesman had no comment.
