People on the Move: Eric Zinczenko to Head Newly Formed Bonnier Men's Group

Bonnier has promoted Eric Zinczenko to exec VP of the company's newly formed Bonnier Men's Group, which combines brands such as Popular Science and Field & Stream under one unit along with Outdoor Life, Popular Photo, American Photo, Cycle World and Shot Business. Mr. Zinczenko previously was VP-group publisher overseeing the outdoor titles. He joined Bonnier's Outdoor Group in January 2006, and has been responsible for extending the brands to a fully integrated multichannel media group. In 2011, he helped the company acquire Hearst's Cycle World. Mr. Zinczenko started his career at Rodale, becoming ad director of Bicycling at age 26.

Oxygen Media has appointed Harleen Kahlon to senior VP-digital, based in New York. Prior to joining Oxygen, Ms. Kahlon was exec VP-business development, marketing and content strategy for Bundle Corp., a joint venture between Citi, MSN and Morningstar. She led all customer-acquisition efforts for the New York-based company, which uses anonymous, aggregated spending data to rate businesses. Additionally, she was general manager-digital for the Observer Media Group and served as general manager-personal finance for She began her career as an attorney with a corporate practice focused primarily on media and entertainment and from there, she founded Concept W Publishing, a social network for professional women.

Shobha Sairam has joined Deutsch, New York, as senior VP-group planning director, working on MilkPEP and new-business efforts. Ms. Sairam was most recently with Mother , New York, as group strategy director, where she worked on JC Penney, Johnson & Johnson, and Kraft brands, while also involving herself strategy development, briefings, account management and production. Throughout her career, Ms. Sairam has worked with clients including Coca-Cola, Liz Claiborne, Heineken and Kellogg's. Prior to Mother , she held posts at Leo Burnett and Vigilante NYC.

At Deutsch LA, Deutsch veteran Jeff White was promoted to senior VP-director of business development. Mr. White has been with the shop for almost 13 years and has been a key player in dozens of pitches. After joining Deutsch LA as an account executive, he helped build brands for companies such as Coors Brewing Co., the "Happy Cows" of California, DirecTV and Diamond Foods.

Wing has named Charles Neugebauer VP-director of account management, a new position at the WPP Grey Group agency. Mr. Neugebauer recently served as VP-group director for General Motors at LatinWorks, and will be based in New York. In his new role, he'll be responsible for overseeing several of the agency's accounts, including P&G and RadioShack, as well as overseeing all of account management and business development. Mr. Neugebauer began his career at Grey Advertising in Los Angeles and has also worked for various agencies in Latin America, including JWT Mexico, where he managed the Ford account, and Leo Burnett Puerto Rico, where he served as regional director for Procter & Gamble in Latin America. At LatinWorks, he contributed to making Chevrolet the highest-growing automotive brand in the U.S. Hispanic market.

Sundance Channel has appointed Raymond Dooley as VP-consumer marketing and Evan Fleischer as VP-integrated marketing and branded entertainment. Mr. Dooley comes to Sundance Channel from Viacom Media Networks, where he was the senior director of marketing at Nickelodeon, Nick at Nite and TeenNick. Before that , he held positions at Disney-ABC Television Group, and E! Networks, beginning his career as a junior media planner at Initiative Media.

Prior to joining Sundance Channel, Mr. Fleischer served as senior partner at MEC Entertainment, where he oversaw original content strategy, development and execution on behalf of the agency's clients. Recent projects included "Fix this Kitchen ," a reality TV series for Ikea, and "Around the World for Free," an interactive webs eries for AT&T. Previously, he worked as VP-marketing and promotions for IFC, where he conceived and launched the IFC Media Lab, a digital portal for cultivating user-generated independent film.
