CHICAGO (AdAge.com) -- Burger King Corp. named a chief concept officer to oversee all its product marketing and product development.
Denny Post joined the burger marketer
April 6 to take the new role, which had been held on an interim basis by consultant Dick Lynch. Ms. Post was previously at Yum Brands' KFC, where she was chief food innovation officer. She'll report to Russ Klein, executive vice president and chief marketing officer.
Ms. Post has held numerous new product and marketing positions there, including chief marketing officer for the Tricon Global Restaurants and Priszm Brandz joint venture in Canada.
Miami-based Burger King in January named MDC Partners' Crispin Porter & Bogusky as its new advertising agency.
