Cohn & Wolfe appointed Chad Latz as president-global digital practice. He is charged with helping lead the strategic development and growth of the agency's worldwide digital and social-media practice. Mr. Latz joins Cohn & Wolfe from Ketchum, where he helped lead the integration and establishment of Ketchum Digital, and provided leadership of digital and social-media strategy for the agency's consumer, employee and B2B clients, including FedEx, Kodak, Levi's and Clorox. Prior to Ketchum, he founded the creative design and technology practice of Stromberg Consulting & Communications, which was later acquired by Ketchum in 2001. In 2004, he went on to become senior VP-group director interactive strategy and solutions for Ketchum Interactive.

Mike Parker has rejoined Tribal DDB as co-president, after working at Betawave; and Goodby, Silverstein and Partners. Joining him as co-president is Richard Guest, who has held the post of managing director of Tribal DDB, New York, since 2006. Mr. Parker will be based in San Francisco and Mr. Guest will be based in New York. The new management team is meant to oversee the growth and expansion of the agency in the U.S.

NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution has expanded Donna Mills' role from VP-marketing & affiliate relations to senior VP-marketing, communications and affiliate relations. Additionally, Alexis Rouse was promoted from director-publicity to VP-communications, NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution. Prior to NBC Universal, Ms. Mills served as director-affiliate relations & marketing for Universal Television's "Maury." Ms. Rouse was manager-communications for Universal Television Distribution before coming to NBCU.

One to One Interactive announced the promotion of two executives: Bill Haeck has been elevated to chief performance officer, and Cindy Starr will assume his former role as exec VP-managing director of OTOi, a division of OTO responsible for delivering strategy, design and marketing leadership to clients. Since joining OTO in 2000, Mr. Haeck has held a variety of positions and has been active in establishing and evolving almost all aspects of the agency's organization and processes. Ms. Starr previously served as senior VP-marketing services at OTO, where she managed the agency's online media, search marketing, CRM and social media strategies. During her career, she also led interactive strategy development in executive roles with Digitas and Arc Worldwide.

Ron Ladouceur was promoted to exec VP-executive creative director at conversation-centric marketing firm Media Logic. Mr. Ladouceur has been with the company for more than 25 years and led its foray into interactive and online media back in the early 1990s. Most recently, he was a driving force in the development of Media Logic's MarketingSM model and the products built upon it. Media Logic's clients include Visa, JP Morgan Chase and Barclays.

Bromley Communications promoted Ron Landreth to VP-creative director. Mr. Landreth began his career at the agency as an art director 15 years ago and has contributed to a variety of award-winning campaigns for clients ranging from MillerCoors and Burger King to the San Antonio Convention and Visitor's Bureau. Bromley is a full-service integrated communications agency offering advertising, PR and promotions targeted to the Hispanic consumer. Its clients include General Mills, Procter & Gamble, MillerCoors, Payless ShoeSource, Western Union and the NBA.

Digital agency POP announced three new executive hires: Anil Batra has been named VP-search and analytics, Matt Joe has joined as VP-technology, and Lance Williams has come on board as VP-client development. Prior to joining POP, Mr. Anil held management positions at Ascentium, ZAAZ, and Audience Science, helping brands effectively use web analytics and increase their ROI on the web. Mr. Williams has over 15 years of experience delivering solutions in advertising, marketing and technology, and has worked with agencies including JWT,, and iCrossing. Before coming to POP, Mr. Joe was global director-business solutions architecture at Avanade.
