W.G. "Jerry" Jurgensen, 48, to CEO, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co., Columbus, Ohio, from exec VP-corporate banking, Bank One. He succeeds Dimon R. McFerson, 63, who remains chairman.

Chris Redlitz, 44, to CEO, SoftCoin, San Francisco, from CEO, Adauction. He assumes duties previously held by Carolee Reiling, now senior VP-business development.
