Norman Lehman, 48, to president, DraftWorldwide Canada, Toronto, from group creative director-relationship marketing at the Draft office in Toronto. He succeeds Irvin Lebovits, who left the company.

Anne Carullo to senior VP-marketing and product development worldwide for Prescriptives and worldwide product development for Kate Spade, a new position at Estee Lauder Cos., New York. She was formerly VP-marketing and product development worldwide for Prescriptives.

David Blake to VP-publisher, Crain's Chicago Business, Chicago, from VP-associate publisher. He succeeds Gloria Scoby, senior VP-group publisher at parent Crain Communications. Ms. Scoby continues to oversee Crain's Chicago Business and other Crain titles, including Advertising Age.
