Each position is new. Ms. Mandor had been exec VP-marketing, Revlon Brand Equity Group, and Ms. Vitali, exec VP-marketing, Portfolio Brand Development Group, both at Revlon Consumer Products USA. Ms. Levan had been a consultant.

Greg Kitzens to corporate marketing manager, Toyota Motor Sales USA's Lexus Division, Torrance, Calif., from national merchandising manager. He succeeds Mike Slagter, who moves to corporate sales manager.

Tim Williams, 45, to president of advertising operations, a new position at R&R Partners, Las Vegas, from president, !Ignition! Consulting Group, Salt Lake City.

Catherine Bension, 48, to president-chief operating officer, a new position at Select Resources International, West Hollywood, Calif., from managing partner. Select Resources founder Mike Agate becomes chairman-CEO, from president.

Michael Rooney, 46, to senior VP-general manager, ESPN the Magazine, New York, from publisher. He succeeds John Skipper, now general manager, ESPN Internet Group.

Jim McDonald, 47, to senior VP-marketing and advertising, a new position at Tandy Corp./RadioShack, Fort Worth, Texas, from VP-marketing and advertising. Also: Mark Stanley, 48, to senior VP-strategic development, from VP-strategic alliances.

Jeff Kimmel, 42, to VP-advertising sales, Playboy.com, New York, from New York advertising sales manager, Playboy.

David Carey, 38, adds the title of VP to that of publisher at Conde Nast Publications' The New Yorker, New York.
