Don Cogman to exec VP-corporate affairs, Young & Rubicam, New York, from president-chief operating officer of Y&R's Burson-Marsteller unit. In the new role, Mr. Cogman will work with Y&R President-Chief Operating Officer Tom Bell on areas including internal and external communications, the Young & Rubicam Foundation and industry relations.

George Douaire, 37, to general manager of Internet marketing, a new post at Eastman Kodak Co., Rochester, N.Y., from senior VP-interactive marketing, Peapod Interactive Marketing Services, Skokie, Ill.

Andrea Pomerantz Lustig to VP-editor in chief, a new post at Sephora.com, New York, from beauty and fitness director, Cosmopolitan. She will be in charge of content for the Web site, which goes online Oct. 14 to coincide with the opening of Sephora's flagship store in New York.

Jaime de Pinies to chief economist, a new post at Golin/Harris International, New York, from Spanish banking group Banco Santander Central Hispano, where he was managing director of investment bank Santander Investment and New York-based head of corporate communications and investor relations of Grupo Santander. At Golin/Harris, the PR network of Interpublic Group of Cos., Mr. de Pinies also will serve as exec VP-financial communications/investor relations and coordinate its presence in Spain and Latin America.

Thomas F. Hunter to president, Frequency Marketing Inc., Cincinnati. Mr. Hunter earlier was a senior officer at Maritz Inc., St. Louis, and comes to FMI from his own investment and management consultancy, Hunter Associates. He succeeds FMI founder Richard G. Barlow, now chairman-CEO.
