He succeeds Michael Birkin, who held the title of U.K. president of DAS and now becomes president of DAS, New York. Also at DAS: Gary VonKennel, 50, to CEO, Tracy-Locke Partnership. Mr. VonKennel previously headed his own promotions company, Multi-Dimensional Marketing, and succeeds Bruce Orr, who is leaving the agency.

Robert O'Conner to president-events division, SFX Sports Group, Greenwich, Conn., a new position, from exec VP-chief operating officer, Sports Marketing & Television International.
