He succeeds Marianne Howatson, who left the company last year. Jeannine Shao Collins succeeds Mr. Mironovich as publisher at Better Homes & Gardens, from associate publisher.

Tim Copacia adds the title CEO to that of president, Ross Roy Communications, Bloomfield Hills, Mich. He succeeds Bill Oswald, the former chairman-CEO, who left the company in November.
