Also: Cynthia Clark, 40, succeeds Mr. Clarke, from VP-brand Dr Pepper marketing. Kim Feil, 38, to senior VP-strategic planning, a new position, from senior VP, Cadbury Beverages/Seven Up division. James Trebilcock, 39, succeeds Ms. Feil. His former position of senior VP-marketing services for Dr Pepper/Seven Up, is being eliminated.

Hildie Neuman to senior partner, worldwide director responsible for Warner-Lambert Co.'s confectionery division, J. Walter Thompson USA, New York, from senior VP-group management supervisor, Dailey & Associates, Los Angeles, where she managed the Nestle business.

Scott Schiller to VP-advertising and sponsorship sales, Walt Disney Co.'s Disney Online division, North Hollywood, Calif., from VP-ad sales and partnership marketing, Sony Online Ventures. He adds duties formerly those of Michael Barrett, Disney Online VP-advertising, who left the company.
