Lauren Ann Heller, 49, Former Disney Marketing VP, Dies

Ex-VP at Taco Bell Ran Her Own Marketing Consulting Firm for the Past Five Years

NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- Lauren Ann Heller, a former VP of alliance marketing for the Walt Disney Company, died on Nov. 24 in Corona del Mar, Calif., according to her family. She was 49.

Following her four-year stint at Disney, Ms. Heller opened a small marketing consulting firm in Corona del Mar in May 2005. Prior to that, she was VP of media, entertainment and licensing & beverages for Taco Bell for nearly a decade.

After graduating from Ohio State University, Ms. Heller began her career as a media planner and supervisor for ad agencies such as Marsteller.

She is survived by mother Joan Heller, sisters Susan Heller and Karen Heller Menachem, sister-in-law Yuda, and godchild Alex Posa. The cause of death was undisclosed.
