Firm's Four Divisions Realigned Under One Exec

By Published on .

CHICAGO (AdAge.com) -- Online ad services company DoubleClick made three executive appointments today, naming a president and chief financial officer and adding its first-ever chief information officer.

David Rosenblatt, 33, was promoted to the new position of president of DoubleClick Inc. He will oversee the company's four divisions -- media, technology, data and research.

The four units were previously split between two executives. Mr. Rosenblatt was formerly president of the technology, data and research divisions, while Barry Salzman, who left the company Dec. 1, was president of DoubleClick's global media division.

The company also named Bruce Dalziel, 43, chief financial officer. Mr. Dalziel had been acting CFO since August, when he replaced Stephen Collins, who stepped down.

In addition, DoubleClick hired Mok Choe, 43, for the new position of chief information officer. Mr. Choe was previously co-chief information officer at Ameritrade.
