NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- David Bell, vice chairman of Interpublic Group of Cos., has relinquished his responsibilities overseeing the Partnership, an operating division of Interpublic, according to executives with knowledge of the situation.

role within Interpublic's Advanced Marketing Services group, another operating silo within Interpublic.

Larry Weber is currently chairman-CEO of the Advanced Marketing Services group. Mr. Weber was not available at press time.

A spokesman for Interpublic declined to comment about Mr. Bell's role. Mr. Bell was traveling and not available for comment.

Interpublic has two other operating divisions, McCann-Erickson WorldGroup and FCB Group.
