held various posts since joining Ford in 1972, including Ford Division general marketing manager. His most recent title was vice president of Ford customer service.

Mr. Kelley is the latest hire of former Ford President-CEO Jacques Nasser, who resigned last fall under pressure, to step down. Two other of Mr. Nasser's high-profile outside hires have resigned in recent weeks: Karen Francis, who had headed Ford's online ConsumerConnect unit, and Susan Callaway, who was general manager of Jaguar North America.
