DETROIT (AdAge.com) -- Ford Motor Co., Dearborn, Mich., today said that Mark Hutchins, 56, president of Lincoln Mercury, "has indicated he will retire in 2002."

He'll be succeeded by Brian Kelley, 40, who joined Ford in 1999 and was promoted to vice president of global consumer services in March, responsible for global marketing and e-business, among other things.

In addition to Mr. Hutchins, Ford announced five other executive retirements. Only four of the six positions will be filled.
