Rob Quish Joins New Luxury Shopping Channel

NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- The former president of Lowe, New York, was named CEO of a soon-to-launch cable network.

from June 1999 until February, when Lowe merged with Bozell. Mr. Quish, 42, then assisted with merger-related issues. Lowe is part of the Interpublic Group of Cos.

Mr. Quish will be CEO of the Luxury Television Network, or LTVN, which aims to sell luxury merchandise through the channel. LTVN will launch in December and has its office in New York.

Lowe is assisting the new company with advertising and branding matters, said Bret Saxon, a partner in Transactional Marketing Partners, a backer of LTVN.
