Avenue A/ Razorfish, New York, elevated Basel Salloum, formerly technology director, to VP-technology. In addition, the agency's Seattle office boosted Jim Watson to VP-managing director and Jonathan Rosoff to VP-strategy and customer insights.

Larry Gelfand became senior VP-media sales for the National Hockey League. He was most recently VP-digital sales for VH1 at MTV Networks.

Edelman appointed Mary Griswold general manager of its New York sports and sponsorship division. She previously served as the National Football League's manager of communications.
