Shell acquired the motor oil brands last fall. Omnicom Group's TBWA/Chiat/Day, Playa del Rey, Calif., now handles Pennzoil creative. Tucker Hampel Stefanides & Partners, New York, handles Quaker creative. Interpublic's Initiative Media, New York, now handles media.
