NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- MaxWorldwide, formerly L90, announced the appointment of Peter Sealey as chief strategy officer.

of DoubleClick's Media business last week, Mr. Sealey will work daily with the company's new management team to develop strategic positioning and marketing. He will report to and work daily with the President-CEO Mitchell Cannold.

Mr. Sealey, the former head of marketing for Coca-Cola Co. and Columbia Pictures, is the founder and CEO of Los Altos Group, a Silicon Valley consulting firm specializing in business and marketing strategy.

MaxWorldwide is an independent company specializing in online ad sales and traditional direct marketing. Its headquarters are in New York.
