Holland Henton, senior vice president, group creative director at Interpublic's McCann-Erickson Worldwide, New York, is leaving that shop for sibling Foote, Cone & Belding Southern California, Irvine, Calif., where he'll be senior vice president, creative director.
Mr. Henton joins a number of FCB creatives worldwide preparing for the mid-April pitch for the $160 million Hyundai Motor America account.
Mr. Henton, 40, fills a position that has been vacant since the agency's longtime creative director, Scott Montgomery, left to take a position as executive vice president and executive creative director at the T&O Group, Irvine.
Mr. Henton worked on MasterCard and Microsoft Corp. while at McCann. Previously, he was at Omnicom Group's GSD&M, Austin, where he worked on the Southwest Airlines account, FCB executives said.
Billings: $450 million
FCB Southern California, which recently moved into its new space in Irvine, reports $450 million in billings.
Clients include Hilton Hotels, Taco Bell Corp., Kawasaki Motors Corp., Western Digital, Vans, the U.S. Forest Service and the Boy Scouts of America, among others.
