Mr. Langdon left McCann last year and started Ben Mark Orlando with Mr. Wnek, who exited his job as U.K. chairman of Euro RSCG Group. Orlando Hooper-Greenhill, a former planning partner at Omnicom Group's TBWA London, was the third founder.

Although Mr. Langdon was known for an aggressive management style, Mr. Heekin was one of his supporters at McCann and his own ouster from McCann last year was seen as one of the factors in Mr. Langdon's departure.

At Euro RSCG Group, Mr. Wnek ran the London agency, then known as Euro RSCG Wnek Gosper, with co-chairman Brett Gosper. Mr. Gosper quit to become general manager of McCann-Erickson's New York office, leaving a large gap in Euro RSCG's senior U.K. management.

Mr. Wnek and Mr. Heekin did not return calls. Euro RSCG in London referred calls to a New York-based spokeswoman, who did not return calls.
