Former Universal Exec Peter Adee Replaces Bob Levin

LOS ANGELES (AdAge.com) -- After a series of lackluster theatrical debuts, MGM Distribution Co. said it has appointed Peter Adee as president of worldwide marketing, following the resignation of Bob Levin.

Mr. Levin, who was president of worldwide marketing and distribution, couldn't get a number of MGM movies off the ground, including the recent Windtalkers, a pricey $100 million World War II epic. Other less-than-steller results came from Bandits, Rollerball, and Hart's War.
