No Replacement Named Yet

NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- Mickey Marks, president of Omnicom Group's PHD, is resigning his position at the end of July. The announcement was made today by Steve Grubbs, CEO of PHD North America.

No replacement is to be named. Responsibilities handled by Mr. Marks will be transferred to other members of PHD' s management.

Mr. Marks has been president of PHD's offices in New York and San Francisco since the agency 's inception last year. Prior to that, he was president-CEO of Creative Media, a company he helped build from a $160 million boutique into a $1 billion full-service media company that was subsequently acquired by Omnicom in 1996 and merged with PHD.
