Mr. Bronaugh will also retain his title as executive creative director, while Mr. Bernardini takes on the new role of chairman.
The office's accounts include Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Eastman Chemical and American Eagle Outfitters. Mullen is headquartered in Wenham, Mass., and is part of Interpublic Group of Cos.

Mr. Bronaugh is also the incoming American Advertising Federation's District Two (New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Washington).
The Pittsburgh outpost began in 1987 as independent shop Werner Chepelsky & Partners, which later became Bozell Kamstra, the latter joining Mullen in 2001 as part of Interpublic's acquisition of True North/Bozell.
