NBC Universal International Television Distribution has promoted Justin Che to senior VP-international new media licensing and Sandra Chang to VP-international new media licensing.

MySpace has appointed Mitchell Kreuch VP-East Coast sales. He was previously regional VP-sales in Yahoo's New York office.

Eric Larson, former president of WPP Group's Wunderman, has been named CEO of Mercury Communications, the result of the merger last year of direct-response agencies Mercury Media, Advanced Results Marketing and RMG Marketing

Rob Swan has been named VP-executive creative director for the Chicago office of laga. Mr. Swan is returning to the brand-identity and design firm, where he was creative director in the New York office from 2000 to 2004, after serving as executive creative director at Anthem Worldwide.

IGN Entertainment has hired Brad Ramsey as senior VP-marketing. He was previously VP-marketing at Yahoo.

Lee Raftery has been named VP-international marketing at Comcast International Media Group. Before joining CIMG, Mr. Raftery held various senior-level marketing positions at Hasbro.

Local publisher and online ad network Internet Broadcasting has appointed Jeff Kimball chief operating officer. Most recently, he was senior VP-product development at Vive Computing.

Steve Bair has joined mobile-media company Ad Infuse as VP-business development, content publishers. Mr. Bair previously served as VP-business development at Jingle Networks.

Brand-experience agency Method has appointed two VPs of media and entertainment, Geoff Katz and John Gilles. Mr. Katz has more than a decade of experience with companies such as TiVo and DirecTV, and Mr. Gilles has led interactive media for three cable networks: Comcast-owned G4TV, TechTV and its predecessor, ZDTV.
