NORTHLICH PROMOTES TWO TO PRESIDENT

Rick Miller to Oversee Agency; Jeff Dufresne Heads BrandStorm Unit

CINCINNATI (AdAge.com) -- Northlich, Cincinnati, today promoted two executives to president, reporting directly to Chairman-CEO Mark Serrianne.

Rick Miller, formerly director of integrated services, becomes agency president. Jeff Dufresne, formerly director of Northlich's BrandStorm brand and new-product consulting unit, becomes president of that unit.

Chief Creative Officer Don Perkins and Chief Financial Officer Kathy Selker will continue to report to Mr. Serrianne.

The integrated communications agency, with income of $17 million in 2002, flat from 2001, handles national accounts such as Key Bank, Ashland and Procter & Gamble Co.'s North American Market Development Organization, including its P&G BrandSaver corporate couponing and S-Mag online loyalty marketing programs.

The agency broadened its client base in 2002 with new assignements from Johnson & Johnson's Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Humana health care and Sara Lee Corp.
