Rick Miller, formerly director of integrated services, becomes agency president. Jeff Dufresne, formerly director of Northlich's BrandStorm brand and new-product consulting unit, becomes president of that unit.

The integrated communications agency, with income of $17 million in 2002, flat from 2001, handles national accounts such as Key Bank, Ashland and Procter & Gamble Co.'s North American Market Development Organization, including its P&G BrandSaver corporate couponing and S-Mag online loyalty marketing programs.
The agency broadened its client base in 2002 with new assignements from Johnson & Johnson's Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Humana health care and Sara Lee Corp.
