Initiative has tapped Marc Bresseel to head its global cluster of high-potential markets as president, G14. Effective in September, he will manage and be responsible for driving business growth across Initiative 's markets in France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Russia, Spain, United Kingdom, Australia, China, India, Brazil and Mexico, while based in London. Mr. Bresseel was most recently at Microsoft Advertising, where he was VP-global marketing. Prior to his current position he was VP-global agencies and general manager, sales and marketing, Microsoft Advertising Europe Middle East and Africa. Mr. Bresseel joined Microsoft in 1996 as corporate communications manager for Microsoft Benelux.
Adam Tucker has been appointed president of Ogilvy & Mather Advertising in New York. He joins from AMV BBDO, London, where he had been since 2006. At AMV BBDO, Mr. Tucker helped bring in clients such as Motorola and was promoted to international client service director in 2007, overseeing such clients as Johnson & Johnson, GE, Pepsico, Dulux, Arla Dairy and Birds Eye. He was promoted to Managing Director in 2008 and last year was part of the team that won the inaugural Cannes Grand Prix for Creative Effectiveness, for "Walkers Sandwich." Prior to AMV BBDO, Adam established Fallon 's London office after spending six years working for Fallon in Minneapolis.
T3 has named Joe Volpicelli senior VP and executive creative director of its New York office. Mr. Volpicelli joins T3 from BBDO, New York, where he spent the past 13 years as VP-creative director, overseeing work on Lowe's and Arby's . His client experience also includes Bank of America, NYSE, Starburst, Snickers, Pizza Hut and the U.S. Navy. Prior to BBDO, Mr. Volpicelli held creative positions at Grey and Y&R, both in New York.
Kelly Dunne has been promoted to senior VP, CBS Sports Marketing. Ms. Dunne has been with CBS Sports Network since its inception in 2002 as CSTV and most recently was senior VP-marketing and creative services. In her new role, she will oversee marketing efforts across CBS Sports and CBS Sports Network, including branding and on-air promotions. She has served as executive producer on multiple brand campaigns and is responsible for strategy, creative and execution for ad sales and affiliate marketing. Ms. Dunne also oversees the network's website and all online, print and social marketing.
AudienceScience has appointed Mike Peralta as president. Mr. Peralta brings over 20 years of business experience to the digital-marketing technology company, including 12 years in the advertising technology sector. A civil engineer by training, he moved into the digital media and marketing space when he joined Advertising.com in 2000. In over nine years there, he held numerous positions in strategy, sales, account management and business development. The company grew significantly and eventually merged into AOL's Platform A. Mr. Peralta later served in key executive roles at Tumri and Magnetic and most recently served as chief revenue officer for MediaMath.
