Matthew Pollock became creative director of Sapient's experience-marketing division. Mr. Pollock heads to the Cambridge, Mass.-based agency from Digitas, Boston, where he held the role of VP-creative director.
Stacey Gross was named marketing director at music-news magazine Billboard. Ms. Gross, who previously worked as a marketing exec at National CineMedia, will also work with Billboard's parent, Nielsen Business Media.
Bill Tucker was boosted to CEO of MediaVest USA, New York. He previously served as the shop's president-client service and agency operations.
Michael Winter joined the New York office of Agency.com as media director. Mr. Winter, 34, was previously VP-media director at Beyond Interactive.
New York-based Ogilvy North America, the largest unit in WPP Group's Ogilvy Group agency network, promoted three executives. Andy Berndt, 40, and Michelle Bottomley, 42, were named co-president. Mr. Brandt was previously managing director, Ogilvy & Mather, New York; Ms. Bottomley served as co-managing director at OgilvyOne, New York. In addition, Harvey Kipnis, 52, became chief growth officer. Like Ms. Bottomley, he was previously co-managing director at OgilvyOne.
