Jeff Moody became executive director and CEO at the Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust, the organization that manages marketing for the sandwich chain's franchisees. The former chairman, CEO and president of Metromedia Restaurant Group, Mr. Moody replaces Tom Seddon, who "left to pursue other opportunities," according to a SFAFT spokesman.

Music TV network Fuse named Richie Yu VP-research. Prior to his jump to the New York-based net, he was director-sales research and marketing at Fox Broadcasting Co.

Joe Ferreira was named senior VP-general manager for CBS Audience Network. He was previously VP-programming and executive producer at Additionally, CBS Audience Network named Heather Moosnick VP-business development. She most recently served as general counsel for the launch of Music Nation, an online unsigned-artist community.

Online personal-publishing company Shutterfly brought on Kathryn Olson as chief marketing officer. Previously, Ms. Olson was CMO at LeapFrog Enterprises.

Portland, Ore.-based Ensequence snagged Rick Howe as VP-business development. Before joining the interactive-video company, he was exec VP-sales and marketing at Zodiac Interactive.

Mike Donnelly was boosted to VP-manager of Network Advantage at Clear Channel Katz Advantage. In his new role, Mr. Donnelly will run the Network Advantage New York office.

Crispin Porter & Bogusky tapped David Rolfe as VP-integrated production. He rejoins the agency after a two-year stint at DDB Chicago, where he was senior VP-director of content production. In his first tour of duty with Crispin, Mr. Rolfe was co-director of integrated production.
