David Lebow was named president-CEO of Internet Broadcasting, Minneapolis, the nation's largest network of TV-station websites. Mr. Lebow was previously exec VP-general manager for AOL Media Networks. He replaces Reid Johnson, who continues at the company as founder.

R/GA, New York, brought on Luane Kohnke as managing director-data intelligence. She moves to the Interpublic Group of Cos. shop from WPP Group's Wunderman New York, where she served as senior VP-strategic services.

Avenue A/ Razorfish made two additions to the executive team at its Philadelphia office: Matthew Comstock as VP-customer insight and Keith Fitzgerald as technical architect. Prior to joining the aQuantive agency, Mr. Comstock was director of information systems for GSI Commerce; Mr. Fitzgerald was previously a technologist for Comcast Cable.

Jeannine Antus Koncar joined Captivate Network as VP-sales, West Coast. She comes to the at-work news company from her role as VP-entertainment at the Los Angeles Newspaper Group.

NBC Universal's iVillage named Michael Gutkowski chief operating officer. He was formerly senior VP-digital at Time Inc.'s Southern Progress Corp.

Steve Lindsley was named VP-general manager of the Salt Lake City office of Comcast Spotlight, the ad-sales division of Comcast Cable. Previously, Mr. Lindsley was chairman-CEO of U.S. Digital Television, a digital subscription TV service he helped form in 2003.
