Omnicom reshuffled its mobile-marketing firepower and named Bryon Morrison president of wireless ad shop Ipsh. Mr. Morrison, 38, previously VP-sales and marketing at Javelin Direct, an Omnicom direct and interactive shop, succeeds Ipsh founder Nihal Mehta, who left last month. Mr. Mehta said he is planning another startup.

Russell Ramsey, formerly chief creative director at Publicis Groupe's BBH London, joined WPP group's JWT London as executive creative director.

Pam Kaufman became chief marketing officer at Nickelodeon/MTV Kids and Family Group. Based in New York, Ms. Kaufman will lead all marketing efforts for Nickelodeon, Nick Movies, MTVN Kids and Family Group brands the N, Nick at Nite, Noggin and the Nicktoons Network. She was previously Nickelodeon's exec VP-marketing and worldwide promotions.

Business-communications shop Doremus, New York, named Christopher Philip senior VP-chief experience officer. He was previously senior VP-director of media.

Paula Balzer joined web-video specialist ROO Media, New York, as chief marketing officer. Previously, she was CMO at Clear Channel Entertainment. ROO also brought on Bert Solivan (formerly senior VP at Fox News) as exec VP-general manager and Rick Gell (co-founder of film archive Second Line Search) as chief content officer.

Condé Nast's Gourmet magazine tapped Blair Hecht Schlumbom as associate publisher-advertising. Formerly the associate publisher of Hearst's Town & Country, she succeeds Thomas H. Hartman, who was named VP-publisher of Gourmet in March.
