Toys "R" Us appointed Tori Moore Binau VP-marketing for Babies "R" Us. She shifts from RadioShack Corp., where she was also VP-marketing.

Digital shop Clear Ink, Berkeley, Calif., hired Tod Rathbone as VP-strategic planning. He was previously VP-strategic planning and creative at McElroy Interactive, Marina Del Rey, Calif., and has held executive positions at BBDO, TBWA/Chiat/Day and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners.

Craig Patton joined R/GA's London office as managing director-European business development. Before moving to the Interpublic Group of Cos. firm, Mr. Patton was managing director at Ipsh, a San Francisco-based mobile-marketing agency.
