Team One, El Segundo, Calif., filled five senior creative leadership posts. Gavin Lester, formerly of Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, joined as group creative director. Tim Meraz, who was worldwide design director at Publicis & Hal Riney, was hired as director of brand design. And Craig Crawford shifted from TBWA/Chiat/Day to become creative director. In addition, Phillip Squier was promoted to group creative director and James Hendry was elevated to creative director.

Anthony Romano joined Ogilvy, New York, as senior partner-client services director. He'll lead work on Aflac and Six Flags, among other accounts. He most recently worked on customer-relationship management for Gap Inc.

James Anderson was named senior VP-public relations for Turner Broadcasting's Animation, Young Adults & Kids Media group. He was previously VP-public relations for Turner's Cartoon Network.

Q Interactive, Chicago, promoted Gayle Guzzardo to senior VP-product management. Ms. Guzzardo, who has been with the firm for seven years, was most recently responsible for new-product development and optimization of the company's online lead generation services.

Donia Vance, formerly associate publisher-marketing at Jane magazine, was hired by Golf Digest Publications as executive director of integrated marketing for Golf Digest and Golf World. Jane was shuttered by Condé Nast earlier this month.

Des Moines, Iowa-based Meredith Publishing Group named Michael J. Riggs senior VP-finance. He shifts from the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, where he served as chief financial officer and senior VP-finance and information technology.
