David Israel, formerly the executive creative director at Desgrippes Gobe, joined experiential-marketing specialist Jack Morton Worldwide, New York, as senior VP-executive creative director.

St. Louis-based agency Moosylvania appointed August Hattrich president. He succeeds Norty Cohen, the shop's founder, who is now CEO.
