Mary Haskin has been named VP-marketing and sales development for Time Inc. corporate sales and marketing. Most recently, Ms. Haskin was one of the so-called Saatchi 17, who founded specialty agency OneSeven within Interpublic Group of Cos.

Francois Martin has been appointed senior VP-marketing for Dimension Films, the genre label under the Weinstein Co. banner. Mr. Martin most recently was VP-marketing for the Weinstein Co.

Spanish-language digital TV network V-me has named Frank Donaldson senior VP-director of sales. Mr. Donaldson most recently was senior VP-national sales for Univision/Telefutura.

Health-care ad agency Brand Pharm, part of Publicis Healthcare Communications Group, has created a new management structure, with promotions to three new positions. Kelly Hughes has been named exec VP-director of client services, while Dave Grillo and Noel Castro will lead the creative department as senior VPs-executive creative directors for art and copy, respectively.

MTV Networks Music & Logo Group has appointed Christina Glorioso to the newly created position of VP-sales and marketing partnerships for program enterprises. She previously worked at MTVN Brand Solutions (formerly Viacom Plus).
