NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- Reginald V. Osborne joined Arnold as senior VP-group director of multicultural marketing. He was most recently associate director-multicultural marketing at Novartis Pharmaceuticals.

Alison Adler Matz was named publisher of Condé Nast's Brides magazine. She shifts to the publication from Glamour, where she was associate publisher.

Millions of Us, an agency specializing in online communities, hired Brian Dunbar as exec VP-client services. Mr. Dunbar spent more than seven years as associate partner-group account director at Goodby Silverstein & Partners.

Transcap Trade Finance brought Kathi Brown Wright back into the firm as VP-marketing. Ms. Wright formerly served as Transcap's director of marketing, but left briefly to work as senior director of marketing for Parlano.

Adam Turinas of Organic was promoted from senior VP-client engagement to exec-VP client engagement in the New York office. Mr. Turinas leads the Bank of America account.
