Lisa Mogensen joined Forbes.com as chief financial officer. She most recently served as chairman-founder of LAM Endeavors, where she launched the luxury-dining website TravelsinTaste.com.

MSG Entertainment named Liana Farnham VP-concert marketing. She comes to MSGE following a 13-year run at SonyBMG Entertainment, where she was VP-marketing and artist development for Columbia Records.

Rogers & Cowan promoted Heather Krug to exec VP. She has been with the agency for over eight years and has developed strategic marketing and publicity campaigns for companies including General Mills, Diageo and Coca-Cola.

Jack Morton Worldwide, part of the Interpublic Group of Companies, tapped Richard Elder as senior VP-executive creative director of its New York office. He was most recently brand and product creative director of Nike's Exeter Brands Group.

Conor Brady was promoted from executive creative director to VP-creative at digital-marketing agency Organic.

Creative marketing and communications agency Great Works America named ad executive and film producer Fredrik Carlström chief executive officer and executive creative director. The company opened in New York in 2007 and signed an exclusive partnership with Mr. Carlström's film production company, Third Factory.

MySpace announced five additions to its executive team: Manu Thapar joins as senior VP-engineering; Angela Courtin will serve as senior VP-marketing, entertainment and content; Tish Whitcraft will act as senior VP-customer care; Jason Oberfest was named VP-business development; and Abe Thomas will serve as VP-online marketing.
