Tim Castree has been named managing director-North America at Videology, an online video ad platform. In this role, he will work on the firm's strategy for providing cross-screen media technology solutions for advertisers and agencies. Before this, Mr. Castree was chief operating officer at MediaVest U.S, where he led client accounts including Coca-Cola and Microsoft.
Mark Pinsent has been promoted to managing director of digital marketing agency Metia's London office. He joined Metia last year as social and content lead. Previously, he held social and content roles at Weber Shandwick and Shine Communications.
Cablevision has hired Mickey Paxton as senior VP-executive director of creative services. He will be responsible for the creative execution of the company's marketing and brand initiatives. Previously, Mr. Paxton held executive positions at agencies including J. Walter Thompson and Ogilvy & Mather, where he managed campaigns for clients such as Unilever and PepsiCo. He has a B.S. in advertising from Syracuse University.
Matt Anderson is now CEO of creative agency Struck. He retains his previous title of executive creative director. Mr. Anderson joined Struck in 2008 after spending seven years as a copywriter and client-side creative director.
