Robert O. Jordan, a former Saatchi & Saatchi advertising executive, died Sept. 22 of cancer at his home in Weston, Conn. He was 69. Mr. Jordan created campaigns for Procter & Gamble and The National Enquirer, among others. He retired from Saatchi in 1988.
