Ms. Baglivo, who was formerly executive vice president-chief operating officer at WPP Group's J. Walter Thompson/North america, New York, will be responsible for building the Panoramic network and managing the operating units.
Ms. Baglivo will assume her new post in September. She was earlier CEO of Havas Advertising's Euro RSCG Tatham, Chicago, now Euro RSCG McConnaughy Tatham.
Mr. Rybos replaces Marc Bromberg, who will now be chief operating officer of Panoramic's Earle Palmer Brown.
Mr. Rybos, who was a partner at The Destination Group and at World Star Resorts, will be responsible for all of Panoramic's financial and administrative affairs, including accounting, human resources, legal, facilities and technology. Previously, he had been CFO at Marriott Vacation Club International, Pioneer Technologies Group, and Econo-Lodge of America, and a senior manager at Arthur Andersen.
Before joining the Panoramic network, Mr. Bromberg was chief operating officer of WPP's Young & Rubicam Advertising/Europe and CFO of its public relations arm, Burson-Marsteller. He also headed Y&R's mergers and acquisitions unit and the business affairs units of various Y&R divisions.
Panoramic was formed in 2000 and is the parent company of Earle Palmer Brown, Odyssey and BEN Marketing. In 2000 Panoramic had billings of $1.315 billion and gross income of $116 million according to Advertising Age calculations.
