CHICAGO (AdAge.com) -- Omnicom Group's RappDigital, the digital marketing and interactive division of Rapp Collins, promoted John S. Anderson, 53, to the new position of general manager.

Mr. Anderson, previously the agency's executive vice president, will continue his role as director of client services while also overseeing RappDigital's staff in New York and Dallas.

He will also work with the other units in the RappDigital Netork, including Web site development company Critical Mass and e-mail marketing company Innovyx.

J.G. Sandom, 44, president and founder of RappDigital, will take on the new role of vice chairman, focusing on corporate strategy and new business.
