Fast-Food Chain Taps Brand Consultant to Extend Theme

NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- Taco Bell's vice president of advertising has left the fast-food chain, the company said.

Martin Hennessy, director of Merchandising, assumed Chris Becker's duties while a successor is sought.

Separately, Taco Bell, a unit of Tricon Global Restaurants, has tapped an undisclosed brand consulting agency to extend its "think outside the bun" position to the "total in-store experience," a spokeswoman said.
