Affiliation Networks, which publishes sites aimed at 12-to-29 year olds, has locked in $25 million in funding. Affiliation plans to use the money to market and expand its sites, which include ChickClick, game site IGN.com, Power Students and the Daily Entertainment Network. Affiliation Networks is preparing for an initial public offering of stock.

LinkExchange adds auction services
