TV Guide en Espanol breaks a TV, radio and outdoor campaign to support the Oct. 25 launch of its 16-page Spanish-language insert to be distributed in the top 15 Hispanic DMAs, according to Chiqui Cartegena, newly named executive editor. Ms. Cartegena describes the campaign's creative as "funky and youthful." Equipo Creative, New York, handles the campaign.
