ABC Radio Network's "Radio Disney" kids format, in a new 30-second spot, touts the fact that young people can listen to it just about anywhere. After a little more than a year on the airwaves, Radio Disney is in 13 markets and expanding. Pittard Sullivan, Culver City, Calif., used a combination of live-action and animation to show a wide array of kids and locations across the U.S.
