Harte-Hanks, a San Antonio-based direct marketing services company, will offer its clients privately labeled e-mail marketing services from Digital Impact, San Mateo, Calif., under an alliance announced this month. Harte-Hanks said its clients will be able to provide individualized offers in high-volume e-mail communications to their customers and prospects.
