TRIBUNE MEDIA SERVICES BUYS TV LISTINGS COMPANY

Tribune Media Services, Chicago, announces today that it's acquired JDTV, Milwaukee, a distributor of TV listing and content to cable and satellite TV services. The company is a subsidiary of Tribune Co. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

JDTV owns UltimateTV, (www.ultimatetv.com) a TV news and listings site. It hasn't yet been decided how TMS *will integrate UltimateTV into its TV listing site TVQuest

Flycast partners with SBC Interactive

Online ad network Flycast Communications and SBC Interactive today announce an agreement through which SBC will deliver Web advertising solutions to business customers in its seven-state region.
