Time Warner Cable moved its database marketing work to Experian from in-house. Experian, through its AnalytiX System, a proprietary software product, will integrate data, track and segment customers, and provide data for back-end analysis for Time Warner Cable's 12.6 million customers. Experian, Orange, Calif., is a subsidiary of Great Universal Stores, a U.K.-based holding company.

General Motors Corp.'s Cadillac will air its first-ever infomercial late next month via Draft Worldwide, Chicago. The agency handles direct marketing for all Cadillac marques, but the infomercial specifically backs the Seville. There are no immediate plans to develop infomercials for any other Cadillac models.

Foster & Gallagher, Peoria, Ill., is returning to its roots. The horticulture catalog marketer announced both the divestiture of the Popcorn Factory to private equity company Wand Partners and an agreement to acquire South Dakota-based Gurney's Seed & Nursery Co. and Iowa-based Henry Field's Seed & Nursery Co. The Popcorn Factory markets premium popcorn and other food gift products through its two catalogs, The Popcorn Factory and O!casions, as well as its Web site (www.thepopcornfactory.com). Foster will fold the two new nursery catalogs
